Hello Graeme,

Thanks for sharing your experience with ab circle pro. I think with any ab machine, results varies.
That is why I recommend that people should not depend solely on Ab circle pro or any ab machine but instead combine it with a good nutritional plan and other exercises.

Hi Scott,
You are so right, these AB CIRLCE PRO, FITNESS contraptions are a load of complete SHIT. This my assumption in just one afternoon, as I borrow this ‘THING” from my Daughter,and I’m glad I did as after getting on the internet,just to find out how good these thing are,[or are NOT] I did some practice on it and found it so bloody hard to use,it just would not do all the things the advertisement claims. As for that Jennifer tart who ever she is,I wouldn’t mind 10cents for every buck she would be getting off this ‘LOAD OF SHIT” EH SCOTT….TO ME this is one BIG CON-JOB and they can stick as far up their back-side as they can get it…
Gee, I’d hate to have to pay any dollars for this CRAP.
I thought that it would be good for my stomach to fatten it but it didn’t take much to change my mind,Scott,
gee, I glad U put this on the internet, AND , I hope people read my comment too…yes and they will change their mind too…and if they’ev invested..I hope they get their dollars back….

Thanks for the advise. I just bought the Ab Circle Pro last weekend, I will ensure that I add a good nutritional plan as well as other exercises. Will download the recommended book and read as well. Thanks again!

hello.
im a keen runner and when i was sidelined with an injury i bought one of these…….i wish i hadnt.
they are tatt…..i just fell off mine and i could have done myself a massive injury. it was on the top level and the arms just snapped. dangerous . tatt, rubbish.

I’m 20 and I just finished college. I have been saving up to buy ab circle pro for the last few months and I finally got one today. I have also downloaded the truth about abs book that you recommended. I hope that when I combine the two together, it will work great for me.

I have been trying to get a six pack for over 2 years now without any luck so I am banking on ab circle pro and truth about abs to do the job for me. I just want to look good for my girlfriend
