Ab Circle Pro Warning
Hello and welcome to my Ab circle pro warning. My name is Scott, I`m from.
The reason I say warning is not because I think that Ab circle pro is bad, far from it, however there are some Ab circle pro websites and blogs that make outrageous claims about this ab equipment which can be tough to live up to.
In this post I will be sharing my personal experience and review of Ab circle pro without any false promises and all the unnecessary hype which isn`t really needed.
First off,for anyone thinking about buying ab circle pro or another ab equipment, I will highly recommend that you download Mike Geary Truth About Abs first.
One thing a lot of people don`t realize is that using ab machines alone will not burn your belly fats or give you ripped abs. To get a flat and six pack abs, you need a good nutritional plan combined with exercises that burns belly fats.
After reading Mike Geary truth about abs, I realized why I was not getting six pack abs after many years of trying. Thanks to Truth About Abs, I was able to quickly plan my diet and choose the right exercises to burn belly fats and build muscle .
If you are a male or female and you are serious about getting a flat or six pack abs, do yourself a favor, go and download Truth About Abs.
With that said, the following is my experience with Ab circle pro…
I have always desired six pack abs since I was in college. I have bought numerous ab machines and they never lived up to their hype. I was almost giving up because I thought I would never be able to get six pack abs.
I visited my sister last November on her birthday and as we sat for dinner this advert came up on the television featuring Jennifer Nicole advertising Ab Circle Pro. That advertisement was really captivating. Being a fitness fanatic that will do anything to get six pack abs, when I got back home I decided to buy Ab Circle Pro.
So I ordered it and it arrived after a week. It came with the machine itself and instructional DVD lasting 3 minutes. I started using the Ab Circle Pro immediately combined with other exercises as recommended in Truth About Abs and I followed the nutritional guide of Truth About Abs as well.
After about 4 weeks, I noticed my abs were tighter. I continued using it and after about two months, as you can see on the picture I’ve got myself a nice row of 6 pack abs. I`m very happy with the results.
My Ab Circle Pro Conclusion:
As I said earlier in the post, download The Truth About Abs and learn how to get a six pack abs fast because that was really what helped me got a six pack.
If you can afford the price of ab circle pro which I think is really expensive, then go for it but don`t make the mistake of thinking that ab circle pro or any ab machine will melt your belly fats and give you a flat or six pack abs. I`m just being honest with you.
I hope you take action after reading this ab circle pro review and warning. Most of the time people do not achieve their desired results because they keep procrastinating and never take action. You never know, you may feel compelled to write your own Truth About Abs review soon.

You are so right, these AB CIRLCE PRO, FITNESS contraptions are a load of complete SHIT. This my assumption in just one afternoon, as I borrow this ‘THING” from my Daughter,and I’m glad I did as after getting on the internet,just to find out how good these thing are,[or are NOT] I did some practice on it and found it so bloody hard to use,it just would not do all the things the advertisement claims. As for that Jennifer tart who ever she is,I wouldn’t mind 10cents for every buck she would be getting off this ‘LOAD OF SHIT” EH SCOTT….TO ME this is one BIG CON-JOB and they can stick as far up their back-side as they can get it…

Thanks for sharing your experience with ab circle pro. I think with any ab machine, results varies.
That is why I recommend that people should not depend solely on Ab circle pro or any ab machine but instead combine it with a good nutritional plan and other exercises.
